Those looking for Methodist schools can start applying for church membership class & ready by 2019, as some Methodist church starting registration this period. Those looking for July ready membership, some Methodist church may still hold short membership classes due to special celebration year.

Hi Esteema! Any idea about the church membership class schedules for this year? Targeting 2020 registration.

Your time is VERY tight. Usually you need a whole year. There again, there might still be having some celebration year & offering short concession membership classes. You will hv to check with the special church. Where are you staying?

Hi all, would like to clear some doubts.


My husband and I, together with our child are all baptised Catholics. I understand that this will make my child be eligible for Phase 2B if applying for a Catholic primary school. So will becoming a Parent Volunteer or Grassroot Leader (which I understand is also for Phase 2B) still affect anything? Will it increase the chances? Or should I not waste my time?

Don’t waste your time. You can’t stack your chances, it makes no difference.

Hi all. Need advice for PLMGS, 2023 registration. I am trying to think how I can increase my chances. My mum is the main caregiver and I understand she will be in the 1 to 2km category. No other affliliation so will be in 2c.


Does it makes sense to shift within 1km (in phase 2c), or be a church member (in phase 2B, 1 to 2km)?

Or, would Hong wen be a good choice (within 1km phase 2c)

Appreciate any thoughts on this!

PLMGS and HWS confirm in for 2B but need balloting for 2C
