Does anyone know who should I contact to report those who don't observe the CB? Yesterday, a group of boys was playing soccer at the void deck. Now they are playing outside the corridor to their flat and there are a large group of people in it by the look of the number of shoes outside. These children play at the playground and void deck almost every day. They are creating a din when they kick the ball against the wall. How to live with this for a month? :stupid: :stupid:
You can try calling 999 but won’t be high priority.

Let me share a recent experience. Past midnight one day, one group of Indian Nationals were ragging another Indian near our place, on the open field. More than 10 of them involved which contravened the circuit breaker rules. The group tied up the “victim” and the rest took turns to pour different containers of liquids and white powdery stuff over his head. :torchme:

DH called the police to have them issue a warning to this group. We waited and waited until 12.30am and by then I was so tired that I asked hubby to give the police another call to ask them not to come down. The police receiving the call replied, “OK, thanks!” :slapshead: My goodness!

Kampong Java NPC is only 5 mins away and they could not despatch resources to attend to my call after 30 mins? This is not my first negative experience, I made a police report in August 2019, and for more than half a year, no news was heard from them until I made a big hoo ha then they apologized as the IO forgot to inform me of the outcome of their investigation.

Of course. All these are Non-essential service

I thought it is like a supermarket ...

I just received a notice that Daiso has gotten permission to continue operating 5 of its outlets !!

A typical routine I have is to have my hair cut at Plaza Sing. After my hair cut, I would proceed to Daiso for shopping, then grab a burger/coke at Burger King, maybe some BreadTalk buns for next day’s breakfast, before proceeding to Cold Storage at Basement for grocery shopping.

I can still do all these activities now. So what Circuit Breaker is there? DIASO essential meh? How to stay at home like that??
Daiso has retracted statement fyi.

Understand your frustration. Had this issue when I was staying on the third floor. Have you tried calling town council or police? When both ignored me I emailed my MP. Problem solved.
Thanks. Will try. At times they are playing with the lift, going up and down. One of the neighbours told me that they even urinate in the lift either they are lazy to go back home to use the toilet or the little ones can't control themselves. The youngest is about 3 years old. Their parents are really free range. :gloomy: :gloomy:

I did think of calling the police but was afraid that I might be viewed as making a mountain out of a mole hill. Didn't want to mention race in case I am viewed a racist. I am open and exchange greetings with the adults. My DS1 didn't like it when I greeted them. Wonder why he so unfriendly or racist? 🤷 The immediate neighbour has moved out last December and was part of the gang. Occasionally some of the women would pop by and I was fine with it. What I could not stand is the din created by the children who are rather rowdy at times.

SL, I just checked FairPrice online. The $5 is for tray of 30 eggs.
