Try ordering online. Been getting my supply from a supplier on q10. Surprised that he delivered the day after I ordered.

I realise I need to go to the supermarket weekly due to daily cooking. Anybody in the same situation?
I cook 1-2 meals a day for 4 people, but only go to the supermarket once in 4-5 days. Why don't you buy more each time?

I am limited by how long bananas last! My husband can't eat many fruits, so I always try to have bananas in the house. Each time I shop, I buy enough veg, fruit and perishables to make up to 5 days' worth of food (taking into account what I still have at home). I order non-perishables about once a month online and have them delivered. I also buy some frozen meat, chicken and fish in my online order as well, and will top up when I shop myself.

dh also asked me ordered online but I have issue with online groceries for fresh food..it is difficult to finish on time with limited freezer space, if want to save on delivery charge. Tissues/rice and others I like to order from online.

Hi dear, we have switched to UHT milk. Each unopened packet can last for more than 6 months at room temperature if unopened. See the expiry date is 2021, long long time away.

                  Once opened, then refrigerate.

Like this don’t need to keep running to supermarket to buy fresh milk, which expires after 1 week?

The trip to supermarket is mainly for fresh veg. Am getting mainly cabbage, Wong Bak which can last longer.
Before the covid, I could go to supermarket once in 2 wks; now is almost weekly.

                        Be careful

How can milk last so long, even if not been opened ?

                        What is it,
that is inside the milk, that can sustain so long, for 6 months!

They must have added in some preservative.
Check what chemical they added, on the milk bottle label
