This particular photo (taken from Mothership) perturbed me. Can just stray disinfectant onto bread and biscuits meh?

          https://mothership.sg/2020/05/long-queue-mustafa-centre-reopen/

I am also amused by the long queue waiting to get into the reopened Mustafa!

Out of curiosity, checked the source of the photo and found these 😉 :

Still... Granted that this disinfectant is “safe for consumption”, even if the bread is given to me for free, I don’t think I want to eat it. :nailbite:

I think I better put on hold my trip to McDonalds. Let others buy those “加料” buns first.

After spraying Dettol mixed with water on the tableS, keyboard, phones, do I still need to wipe again using a moist cloth?
I do wipe again with water though I know some people do not. I used alcohol sanitiser instead of Dettol.

As a side, I also spray into the air around me as well as on my seat and arm-rest.

I wonder whether the 33 false positive will eventually get infected since they must have been put together with real infected people.

There is a shop in Tampines interchange selling buns and bread but no cakes (Swiss roll etc). Are these the same? The seller told me cakes available tmr.

Yes. It was OK to sell bread during the past couple of weeks, but only the existing stock of cakes. They weren't allowed to bake more cakes, cookies etc. once the stock ran out. But from today, they can start again.

I need a haircut! But I don't want to go these first couple of days or during the weekend as I'm sure there'll be a long queue, and I'm busy on Thurs and Fri. Looks like I have to put up with my shaggy hair till Monday.

I received a box of cheese cake for Mother’s Day (from a reputable F&B company) from my insurance agent.

Think the bakeries cannot bake cakes at their shop premises but allowed to bake at their factories. Or bring across from JB or Batam factories also can. The other day, saw hundreds of boxes of cakes waiting for collection at Awfully Chocolate. :scratchhead:

I suppose the regulations were hastily crafted and companies with sharp-eyed lawyers can find loopholes to exploit. Like the Bubble Tea, they quickly partner hot food stalls.
