That's good to hear. Especially for uncommon subject combos.

yes, unlike some schools where you have to meet min grades to do a certain subject!

The most common combo by far is triple science + geo, followed by triple sci + history. But there are also many that choose 2 sciences (most popular Bio + Chem) and 2 humanities, with very very few doing only Chem from my understanding.

So, taking triple Science in RGS is quite common, while taking triple humanities is very unusual?[/quote]yes, I think only a handful. Unless you are super sure what you want to do in the future and it has nothing to do with the sciences, most of the girls will choose to do at least 2 sciences to keep their options open.

Any one knows what is the median for literature for year 1 based on last cohorts?
So your child choose RGS eventually? Median for Lit 3.6

Hi parents!πŸ‘‹πŸ»...Is there any commitments if DSA through English to RGS?πŸ€” Also, I will appreciate any advice on how the selection test and the interview was for English domain. Thanks in advance!😊

Strongly encouraged to try out debate or drama CCAs (but they won’t force you to take it up). To participate in at least 2 English related competitions yearly (NYTimes Asia Pacific writing competition, Queens commonwealth essay writing competition, ymca plain English speaking etc)
