☀️Dear Mummies and Daddies who have bought face shields for your children , may I ask where did you buy it from?

The one I recently bought fogs up and caused blurry vision. My fault for not checking on the quality of the plastic.

      Thank you💝

Seems like open already? Can check crowd level before you go. Not sure whether appointment is compulsory:

I realize that there are lesser people exercising in the morning now, most probably due to their work commitment. Hopefully, we can see more people jog or brisk-walk in the evening to stay healthy and strong.

Encouraging my family to do early morning exercises too to stay strong & healthy. Difficulty is encouraging my BIL to take MIL to exercise safely. She sees a lot more fearful of taking steps out for walks.

Yesterday we have 23 community cases and today we have 20. This covid virus has proven to be a stubborn one, unlike SARs that lasted for only 3-4 months. I guess we have to accept that covid is here to stay for the foreseeable future. I don’t think CB/Lockdown is sustainable as to do that for long term, we can only rely on our reservers, which unfortunately is not a bottomless pit. Any reintroduction of CB/Lockdown may result in the ultimate demise of our economy.

Looking at the fatality rate of covid in SG, it is not high and centred on a few vulnerable groups. Therefore, if each and every cases is detected and treated, it would flatten the infection curve as time progresses. How to effectively and efficiently trace each and every cases? I think SafeEntry and proactive screening is a good start. However, I think TT tokens/App should be the main weapon. I am dishearten that despite facing such a grave crisis, certain segment of the society simply refuse to be objective and are being counter productive by casting aspersion to the TT tokens/App, solely, that individuals’ movement can be traced/tracked/monitored. This is despite lengthy explanation given on how TT tokens/App works. In normal time, who care about individuals’ movement but in time like this, I think we have to play a part to defeat this virus.

The tokens/App cannot tell whether someone is a positive case. The detection of the cases ultimately involved seeing a doctor, through contact tracing, through proactive screening. The tokens/App come into play only when someone is tested positive, then the data from his/her token/app, which contains the date/time of places visited and the ‘exchanges’ with other tokens/app, will be retrieved for contact tracing purpose. Those tokens/app holders where ‘exchanges’ were made with the positive case’s token will be informed to either have the test done, monitor one’s health etc. It is simple, if everyone carry the TT token or download the TT app, we can trace every single case and we can definitely defeat the virus. The TT tokens/App cannot reveal our real time location.
