Singapore's tallest slide opens to public at Changi Airport T3
SINGAPORE : Changi Airport is exploring new heights with its latest attraction - the Slide@T3.
At four storeys high, it is Singapore's tallest slide.
For the acrophobic, you may want to give it a miss. But for adventure seekers, it is 12 metres of gravity-defying fun!
Visitors have to spend S$30 in the airport to get tokens, which will entitle them to two rides.
Those not willing to spend a cent can go on a smaller slide.
Foo Sek Min, executive vice president, Airport Management, Changi Airport Group, said: \"There's also a shorter, one-and-a-half storey slide that airport users can use for free.
\"These new facilities are part of the efforts of the Changi Airport Group to make Changi Airport a destination by itself.\"

Actually, one suggestion to \"justify\" spending $30 at the Airport is to do a spot of grocery shopping at Fairprice. It is located at the basement of T3. The range is not as extensive as the Fairprice outlets at shopping malls, but good enough to do basic shopping to spend just enough for your kids to enjoy the slides for free.

ya, great idea to buy grocery and if milk powder is available in that NTUC outlet, then it will be easy to meet the $30 min purchase requirement.
