Yes very low. Phase 2C every 3-4 applicants, probably 1 in.

Hello Mummy-E, yes, only HCL is available (as a mother tongue subject) from P1 till P4.

May i ask if balloting fails in 2C; and in 2C(S), we can only try the other schools with available vacancies? If Qifa is filled up fully in 2C, i guess we cant even try it in 2C(S)?
