It means that these 15 schools (including Tao Nan) will have the bare minimum of 20 seats each for 2B and 2C this year.

Throw in those schools that balloted in phase 2A1. They will also have the bare minimum of 20 seats each for 2B and 2C.

I’m not sure if this is a record high? Lexy or Davischew would have past years’ data?

I’m anticipating 2B/2C applications be ramped up as parents feel chances seem to be higher at Tai Nan based on Phases 2A2 applications results.

No sense if giving up advantage where there is less transparency in the later phases. Chope first and just live with it.

I only use Chief's and Qms' data, maybe Lexy has his own.
From daily browsing of data, definitely this year seems to be the record high 2A TUR.

                    CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL

                    ST. HILDA'S PRIMARY SCHOOL
                    YU NENG PRIMARY SCHOOL

                    FAIRFIELD METHODIST SCHOOL (PRIMARY)
                    RIVERSIDE PRIMARY SCHOOL

2018 applicants more than current vacancies
                    JURONG PRIMARY SCHOOL

Below are those with buffer less than 15
                    HENRY PARK PRIMARY SCHOOL
                    METHODIST GIRLS' SCHOOL (PRIMARY)
                    SHUQUN PRIMARY SCHOOL

                    ANGLO-CHINESE SCHOOL (JUNIOR)
                    TAO NAN SCHOOL

The higher the school on the list, the more probable that balloting needed for 2A2
                    headache for alot of folks.

                      2019 has 6 full by 2A2 whilst 2018 2A1 3 schools and 2A2 11 schools.

When the extra spots are added to schools mostly that aint full by 2C, you see smaller base. Its foreseeable.
absolute number also increased by 800-900 in 2A for this year as compared to last year (both 1 and 2)
