I am in dilemma as for phase 2C which to choose for higher chance.

Ai Tong - 1.3 km
CHIJ St Nic - 1.4 km
CHIJ Our Lady of Good Counsel - >2km

Can advice which school should i go for phase 2C?

if you only have these 3 choices. you have only 1 option - CHIJ OLGC. Anything more than 1km for ATS and ST nicks is a waste of choice.

if 2B for OLGC below 20, quite likely go in without balloting.

Ai Tong, St Nic and OLGC i dont have 2B. can only enter via 2C.

Look at the number of applicants at the end of 2B. if applicant number is below 20 for OLGC under 2B, 2C quite likely to go in without balloting.

Stress now.[/quote]You don’t have to stress over ATS or SNGS since you confirmed, guaranteed, chopped won’t have a chance. So it’s only OLGC you have to worry about.

My suggestion is to cast your net wider.

We are <1km from Maris Stella and Yangzheng, 1-2km from St. Andrew’s Junior. Although our preference is MS, we are ok with any of these 3 for P 2C. May I know if it is safe to go for MS this year? What are our chances for MS compared to YZ and SAJ?

MS should be high chance even if need to ballot <1km. I would say give it a shot. SAJS usually ballot 1-2km as well. Yangzheng though sure in for <1km, it doesn't have the much sort after affiliation.

Not necessary. Quite a number of CHIJ schools are also being overlooked. It really depends on the affiliated secondary school. If you switch the affiliation to SNGS, expect to see the enrollment figures triple.
