It's a specific PDF that is label restricted and strictly not for circulation. Unfortunately that list is no longer on the portal.

You can't join before May 2021 as you need to be observer for quite a number of months. Some say 6 months, mine is 11 months before becoming EM.

Might be good to approach the RCM or CM to contact you if there are anything that the RC need help with. so that you can get in touch with the RC members to get familiarise.

The letter will be based on your NRIC address. If you update your address before May that year, it should reflect your new address GRC/SMC

Thank you Davischew! That was fast! One of my friend said there’s now a quota for moving address across GRCs now but didn’t have any details. I’m wondering if there be any problem getting the 2B letter if I move. Or does one have to be certain level, i.e. chairman or secretary so that you could get it?

what kind of quota? false info perhaps. never heard before. the system will just recognise your NRIC address when you apply through Grassroots connect. I don't see any issue.
