Will those who did not apply this round, and apply after psle, have to explain why didnt they apply before if they are really keen in the school?

What is the selection criteria at supplementary intake? Purely by tscore? What were the past yrs cop?

Can those who did not apply this round apply at supplementary intake in Nov?

      The answer,
      depends on
whether any vacancy still arise by then, in November 2020.

If Yes (got vacancies arise), Supplementary (Nov) intake will take place. Otherwise, No.

      How to know ?
Keep a sharp, alert look out, closer towards the time, in November.

      If there is,
SST will update (announce) her school website, whereby applicants can apply then, using their actual PSLE Tscore results released by primary schools / MOE (for the last, final exiting batch of Tscore graduates, born 2008).

If there is a Supp intake,
      applicants can be

      - candidates, who have never applied for SST DSA before, as well as

      - rejected candidates, from SST DSA, can try again

        For question 1

If there is a Supp intake,
during interview, if this question is raised,

        1)
why hold back or refrained from participating in the original DSA exercise, after Psle results released (announced) then apply, or

        2) which other Secondary schools did you choose to apply for DSA instead,

the best answer is, be honest (truthful).

        For question 2,

nobody know, because there is no official publicly announced Cut-off-point ( Tscore, up to last, exiting closing batch 2020), under Supplementary intake (November), after the release of PSLE results (November, released)

        because

SST is an independent school, hence does Not participate in MOE Sec 1 posting

Just to double check, the e-camp is really just an online simulation of what the actual camp would be like right? ie. perform or discuss a task with other kids? Cos ds was told by his school teacher that it’s an interview.

Hi, I am new to this thread. Thank you for the useful info shared here. Hope to find out,

                        1) Any parents who have bus pool from Sengkang to SST, about how long is the journey to reach SST?
                        2) In previous thread, it seems the ratio of boys to girls is 3 : 1, any parents here with DD studying there, is there any concern?

                        Thank you.
