Thanks for the offer 😊
If u are serious about moving <1km, buzz me. My relative has property to let go. No sons.[/quote] -
For phase 2B, noticed that some years the taken seats are less than applied. Y is that so? Did the applicants withdraw or not eligible?

The excess applicants were “disqualified” not allowed to join the balloting due to their distance category being outside the prioritized group.

Eg. 100 applied for 50 seats:
51 applicants SC <1km, balloting for 50 seats.
The other 49 applicants at other distances all disqualified. -
Is there any handicap if one of the parents is a PR/Foreigner (but Kid is a SC) or if the kid is a dual citizen?
keep hearing this rumour (most recently from my friend) which doesn’t seem to go away -

No. MOE only looks at the child’s citizenship. Child Singapore citizen can already.

Yah correct.
All Singaporean kids are given the same chance to enter the school ..
That why always when kids are about 4 or 5.. many parents who are PR will kancheong and apply for citizenship 😂😂
We stand to gain. Talents
