First advise is to check your map - OneMap to be exact. You cannot be within 1km of both NCPS and SK Green as the two schools’ catchment (save for a few SBS Transit office space) is mutually exclusive.

General rule of the thumb: east of the river, you are part of the opposition and in NCPS space; west of the river, you are part of PM Lee protectorate and is in SKG space.
P/S: Sound very much like you will be a new resident in Rivercove Residences. You have to first decide whether you want to ballot for NCPS: roughly 3 applicants to 1 vacancy at the moment. If you decide to ballot, you are effectively left with Springdale or Anchor Green as your backup for Phase 2CS (Fern Green also, but there’s no reason to do a river crossing everyday). -

Fern green will go for ballot this year and Springdale wil not have spots in 2CS. so which ever choice you made, anchor green will be your left over choice amongst the 5 you listed.

SK green should be a horror story - maybe this year will exceed the % of NCPS, rough guess is 4 times. whilst NCPS is 3x+ as Floppy stated. -
Applicants over vacancies (4 times oversubscribed potential) this year.
Rosyth - about 5 times
St Hilda - about 5 times
South View - about 6 times
Northland - about 6 times
Rulang - About 4 times
Nan hua - about 4 times
ChongFu - about 4 times
Princess elizabeth - likely to hit new high - maybe testing over 4 times
same as Seng Kang green, testing new high - about 4 times -

So the safest bet will be balloting for Springdale then? I have totally no idea about anchor green primary.... -
Wonder if 2c applicant numbers for the more popular schools with MK will differ from previous years given some of the 2c demand may have shifted to 2a2.

Yes definitely it will be a different ball game in time to come, with more maturing MK schools. Hopefully it will take the heat off the more popular schools. Those more popular schools, if embedded with MK, then hmm..

I did 1 for punggol. for SK area the 6 schools (CV, FG, NC, RV, SKG, SD) with very close to full or over subscribe drop about 15% places this year compared to last. Even with a slightly reduced application number like 10% down. i think the situation is pretty similar to last year.
