Hi does anybody has breakdown how many SC within 1 km that apply under phase 2C to RMPS this year? Thank you.
Total applicants 86 vs 52 vacancies. No breakdown of distance, but probably >95% are within 1km.
      See this link.

RMPS, APS and RVPS will be balloting 0-1km this year for P2C. Note that APS reduced 10 seats and RVPS have higher take up rate in previous phases compared to last year.

Hi, i would like to seek for feedback on zhangde and gan eng seng primary school, which is more preferred and why? I was balloted out from rmps for phase 2A2 due to oversubscribed vacancies and my distance was 1-2km, phase 2C most likely would be <1km SC balloting for rmps, so either zhangde or gan eng seng would be next on my list

Hi all, would appreciate comments/advice on what to apply in phase 2C. Options are:

1-2 km: Alexandra, Zhang De, Queenstown Primary
<1km: Blangah Rise, Gan Eng Seng Primary
            Thanks!

The most popular In your list is Alexandra but 1-2km no chance. I suggest you go for the most convenience in terms of travelling.

Thank you! Any idea which would be the next ‘better’ school to go for after alex?

Go for the more convenient one. Both schools are on par with each other academically.

In fact, if I were you, I would go for GESPS, since the school is less than 1 km away.

Hi QMS, which \"both schools\" are you referring to? I have QTPS, ZD, BR, GES.. All similar on par? Thanks!

I am not familiar with BRPS, so I can't say anything about this school. There hasn't been much sharing of this school by parents in the Parents Networking Group either.

As for QTPS, ZDPS and GESPS, they are academically on par with one another. In fact, I would also go as far as to say that the RMPS of today is no different in terms of academic standard compared to the rest of the schools in Bt Merah region. But that's another topic of discussion.

For your case, if you want to go by popularity, you can consider ZDPS/QTPS for P2C, and GESPS/CPS/BRPS for P2CS. If you trust what I said about their academic standard and disregard popularity, go for the school that is most convenient.
