Hi all, I am new here.

Looking for more info for Pri 1admission in 2023.
Is there any group been set up fr discussion?
      Any advise to PV programme?

I am staying within 1km from QiFa, is PV necessary? Afraid will not be able to secure a place in Phrase 2C.

      Thank you to advise! 🙂

      Phase 2C SC<1km sure in.

Come 2023, several big new condo projects within 1km QIFA will TOP.

The most recent TOP within 1km from Qifa is Parc Rivera, of which 1 block is outside 1km.

And this year we did see higher registration of SC within <2km during P2C which resulting in balloting for SC living within 1-2km.

Going forward, the following condo projects will TOP by 2023, all within 1km from QIFA

          Whistler Grand : 716 units
          Twin Vew : 520 units
          Parc Clementi : 1468 units

Considering QIFA is like the 2nd most popular after Nan Hua in that area, I think it is not impossible to have balloting for SC <1km in 3 years time.

Yes you are right, if 1-2km already started balloting, we might see <1km in 2-3 years. Thanks for the heads up!

How bad is the jam outside the school during arrival & dismissal time? Do many parents drive? Or is the traffic mainly school buses while majority of the kids walk out to take public transport? I’m considering whether worthwhile to buy a property near there.

At Qifa, its easy to drop off in the morning; you can either drive into the school or drop off at the side gate.
However picking up is tough because parents cant drive into the school so you will have to park along the road and walk to the school pickup point.

When it rains during pick up time, it will be very chaotic.

Hi all, just wondering for those with kids going to Qifa in 2021, did you receive any letter yet? My child got into Qifa last year but we deferred her and although sch has confirmed a vacancy for her next year, i haven’t received any information yet.

Hi, still no letter yet for P1 2021? Other schools already ordered books and uniform. Does anyone knows something? Is Qifa school usually late with administration and organization compared to other schools?

                        Thanks
