Does any one have an idea on the dates for registration for Phase 2B and 2C for this year?

the calendar dates may be different, but the month / week / week day should be similar form year to year -

Hi witty22,
The dates are out on the P1 registration booklet are given out at kindergartens.
I checked MOE website last night...it's strange that it hasn't been updated yet....but qms has kindly indicated the dates already. Do take note of the documents required beforehand. PS: I'm getting a little nervous although it's the 2nd time I'm registering. -

Hi Janet_lee88!
Once again, good luck to you! :celebrate: Don't worry too much. Your girl will be able to get in.
It will be tough for you logistically, since both of your children will be in different schools, right? -
qms:
Good Luck to you, Optimus! :celebrate:
Thanks qms. Any idea when can I do the statutory declaration? and where to do it? -

The answer to your question is directly in the link that qms provided. This is directly copied from there:qms:

\"For the purpose of registration, both the child’s grandparent or parent’s sibling and one of the child’s parents are required to make a statutory declaration at the MOE Customer Service Centre. The statutory declaration can be made from 8 am to 4 pm, Mondays to Fridays and from 8 am to 12 noon on Saturdays, from Tuesday, 6 July 2010 to Wednesday, 18 August 2010.\" -

If you are referring to the balloting history, I simply look for colours (or lack thereof). No colours for many years mean should be quite safe (except unless that school moved to a new facility, or that school produced many good results in the past year).
There are too many things that can change to fully rely on past data (birth rate, popularity, number of siblings who are enrolling this year).
During the registration, i think it best to check with the school at end of day 1 to understand what the situation is like - am quite sure they should be aware of how many parents in less than 1km, 1-2km etc.
I'm also quaking in my shoes...but good luck to all of us! -
Hi qms,
Thanks for your assurance.
The logistics part will be tough with both in different schools, but in same session. But for the sake of having an affiliated secondary school, I guess it is worth it.
