Retirement & Migration To Malaysia

Anyone know how to migrate or retire to Malaysia? Everything is lifetime like house & cars, of course need to find a place in which security is generally safe. Thinking of getting a group of friends to migrate & retire in Malaysia in the old age years.

Why Malaysia? Singapore very stress for Seniors?

Basically is the scheme of Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H). For Malaysia, I would recommend Penang as it is very similar to Singapore lifestyle but of course the cost of living also not that cheap compared to other State of Malaysia.

I still feel safe and secure here in Singapore even after retirement. Migration to Malaysia, I say pass.
