Sorry if i sound too silly. Just want to confirm that the 30 months rule to reside at the address used for p1 registration means we must stay there from 1 July 2022 to 31 Dec 2024, correct?

Not staying there already before 1 jul 2022, right?

You can also be staying there before Jul 2022 which most will do. But must stay in same address from registration to end of P2.

            Hi KSPs,

I am a SPR residing in Telok Blangah, I have a monkey son , so have started looking into prospective Primary schools.
School within 1 km is Blangah Rise, but I do not get good reviews of that school. Then there is Radin Mas, but odds of us getting through are extremely slim.
So I have no choice but to opt for Zhangde (>2km) or Gan Eng Seng (>2km) or Alexandra Pri (>2km).
All schools do not have PV.
So what do you think are my chances to get in 2C for above schools ??
            Please advise.

            Thank you.

As SPR, only GESPS got chance (> 99.9% in Phase 2C).

why not many PV are applied for Bukit PanJang primary school? BPP not that popular? though it is good at the academic results, long history.

                  Hi

We are SCs and currently considering moving house to get have a go at phase 2c balloting within 1km. Our first option is to move near scgs 1km and second option is within 1km of MGS primary.

Which one would give us a better chance? What schools would you recommend as a fallback plan?

SCGS <1km would have higher chance. Backup can be Marymount Convent

Thanks @Davischew, noted that you think scgs primary less than 1 km has a higher chance. Can share your thoughts why you feel so.

Our second choice is Methodist girls school primary not Marymount.

From past stats, it shows SCGS has higher chance, sometimes no balloting required for <1km in 2C. MGS almost every year ballots <1km. When you say fallback means if fail at 2C, you must have backup in 2CS, in which that time all the hot schools will have no vacancies. So Marymount Convent is usually the backup around the area for Girls' School, or CHIJ OLQP.
