Yeah I guess and it is really tiring thinking things especially Covid related. But you are right, to find light at the end of the day and to look at the things that we are grateful for. I am doing but sometimes, emotions overcome and I feel anxious again.
Hello KBrosas. So much is going on this year, we are exhausted, we feel tired.. it's normal to feel that way. I always find the light at the end of the day, knowing we are alive, healthy, and complete. Try to look at the things you are grateful for..
I find this article in the net while I am reading about anxiety and depression - https://med.stanford.edu/psychiatry/about/covid19/anx.html. And it is helpful too, and I thought I might share it too - like what you've said to be thankful that we are alive, healthy and complete. Thanks man! -
I feel the same way especially in times I am alone. Know that you are not alone. We can do this all together…

Thanks for an uplifting message. I'll get through this - maybe I am just tired with all of what's happening but will get by as everyone does.

Establish new routines. For instance, shower and dress every morning even if you don't plan to leave the house.
Spend time outdoors. Natural daylight can help reset your body's natural sleep patterns. Outdoor activities also can reduce stress and help you regain focus for the rest of the day's tasks.
Maintain contact with friends and loved ones. Use technology to keep in touch. There's never been a better time for FaceTime.
Keep regular mealtimes.
Avoid overusing alcohol or other substances to cope. They may provide short-term relief but may undermine your efforts in managing stress and your sleep. -

Awesome suggestion. I've started gardening and it feels refreshing. I would love to do those things, especially I don't have enough sleep lately.

Don’t indulge yourself on too much social media. Instead of ruminating on things, turn those things into opportunities. All have felt the same way as you do, yet it is up to us on how to deal with it. Pray and be positive.

By the way, what are your thoughts on the vaccine?
