I do not like to look back.

I plan for the future, but i live for today.
So i will choose the present!
      I like to look back.
Cos it makes me appreciate today.
And look forward to the future (ok...not so much on bad days ba...).

I certainly agree that the Present is the most important.

The past is history, the future is unknown.
But we are human beings (hm… unsure if animals do plan ahead etc), we will remember some old days fondly, we will plan ahead.

I did not have many fond memories of my school days. I was a quiet and timid girl who sometimes suffered from separation anxiety from kindergarten days. I didn’t particularly enjoy school life as there were many who outshone me in class.

My best days were when I started work in my 20s. I had my own spending money and was free to go shopping after work, go for aerobics classes, go out with friends, colleagues, etc. Independence! I was also free to travel. I had a group of friends who were very active in outdoor sports and we spent lots of time in such activities. It was very carefree and fun then.

                  insider:
I have so much fond memory in my early childhood (till P6)... those GOLDEN YEARS. Think even I would have drop dead at age 12, I still could proudly say I lived those 12 years almost in their fullest...

                  Life is beautiful...
I also liked to think about the past. I only remember the good stuff, especially those special occasions like teachers' day, children's day whereby we go to sch and play board games the whole day. Mid Nov is another that holds special meaning for me, cos it's 6 weeks of solid holidays. Yippie 😉

For me… minus the primary school stress, I think this is the best time of life.

Sometimes I think it would be nice if we can remain at this age (30+) and then have kids that are 5-6 years. Still at their cute stage and no need to worry about results. While we are still "young" and earning a reasonable income.

                        Hi all,

                        😉
I found that after I gave birth to my son 2-over years ago, my memory becomes \"lost\" and I forgot a lot of things in the past already! Most things I gladly forget as after my baby was born, it seems that the days are so full of him and my heart is filled bursting with love for my boy! Never before had I experience this feeling in the past.

Sec. 3 got good grades? University enjoyed very much? Working time earn good money? When I got married? Mmmm......nothing can compare to the birth of my boy!

So I almost did not reply to this post as it took too much effort to remember. Now is the BEST for me!

                        :celebrate:
