      Hi all, anyone has contacts of Chinese Composition marker? Plan to do 1 作文 a week but need someone familiar with the marking scheme to mark and provide feedback. Preferably one with experience in PSLE marking. Thanks!
      Hi chiuyl,

      I have helped some KSP parents with this before. You can email me at [email protected] but please note that I will not be able to revert with the marked work and comments immediately as I am conducting classes for upper Pri to Sec CL/HCL daily.

      Alternatively, you may want to refer to the translated PSLE CL compo rubrics I shared previously in this post: https://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/forum/viewtopic.php?t=25131&start=970#p1893302

            From the website:

            每日一句: 播放读音 It’s like Picasso said: Good artists copy. Great artists steal. 好像是毕加索说的:好的艺术家复制,伟大的艺术家偷窃。

            Seriously??

                Would like to ask seasoned PSLE parents here, which publisher is better for the 3-year series, SL Education or EPH? I believe the answer booklet is prepared by the publisher, rather than SEAB.

                I bought the English one from SL Education last year, found several obvious errors in the Answer booklet.

                Can I assume that the rival EPH would be more accurate in their answers?

                  EPH answers are more accurate. However, some, especially OE comprehension answers still differ quite a lot from model answers provided by school teachers. Hence, I would recommend waiting for school teachers to go thru PSLE past years papers.

                      Hi zac's mum,

                      For CL & HCL, I would recommend EPH.

                      1) There are explanations provided for the answers for various sections - even for MCQ Compre. E.g.:
                      EPH -->
                      https://i.ibb.co/CPM62g7/eph1.jpg\">https://i.ibb.co/8Dj0FGp/eph2.jpg\">

                      SL -->
                      https://i.ibb.co/q0RHTtC/sl1.jpg\">

                      2) The answers are more detailed/accurate. E.g. 1:
                      EPH vs. SL -->
                      https://i.ibb.co/BZf5vNS/eph3.jpg\">https://i.ibb.co/1bVKr8X/sl2.jpg\">

                      E.g. 2:
                      EPH vs. SL -->
                      https://i.ibb.co/1JyYVpc/eph4.jpg\">https://i.ibb.co/Lvc04s9/sl3.jpg\">

                        Thank u so much Chenlaoshi! That’s a very stark contrast in quality indeed! I’ve already placed order for the EPH version, no regrets for just $0.50 more, can get so much better guidance.
