Questions and answers for Consumers: Hand Sanitizers and COVID-19
-
Hand sanitizer kills bacteria but a virus is not bacteria but a strand of rna surrounded by a thin layer of fat. To get rid of the virus you need things that speed up the deterioration of fat like soap. Hand sanitizer does not deteriorate fat so it does not actually kill the virus. A virus is not alive like bacteria so you don't simply kill it with hand sanitizer. Wash your hands and get soap because that actually does help. https://naturesblendshop.com/product/stress-formula-with-zinccompare-to-stress-tabs-with-zinc/

USe handsoap, they are much better than sanitizer, use sanitiser only if you’re outside and do not have access to soap
