This article refers to those who graduated in 2020. NTU had a replacement ceremony for them in March 2021, and although they had fewer graduands per session, they were allowed to have guests. So I would guess that the July one for students graduating this year will be similar.

Think it varies from person to person.

Don’t scare MKS lah. Personal opinion, MOH & govt will not release Sinovac until they see more data on the effects & efficacy.

I’m in no hurry to get vaccinated since cannot travel. But decided to go ahead to book before Sinovac becomes available
