      Hi optimus,

I wrote into the school when son was 4 to be a PV...but was rejected. We couldn't do anything for the next two years 😞 but was still determined to put son in the school under Phase 2C since we stay within 1km.

Regardless of what school parents put their kids in, the important thing after that is to support the child mentally and physically (coaching them in studies).
i wrote in to nanyang and peihwa, all rejected... but at least we tried before πŸ™‚ rather than we never try... just do what we can do...no regrets!

        Good luck to you.
For your info on 13th August ,Friday should be the balloting date for phase C .Which means we have to wait another week for balloting after the results , I remembered that I waited for 1 wk too , don't know why have to wait for so long hoh? Counting the days was really torturing.

oh so balloting, if there is, will be held on 13 Aug.

Yesterday i called the school, the officer told me they will announce the result (I guess if there is no balloting) after 4:30pm on last day of registration. i am so nervous... πŸ™

The dates to register my daughter are on 15/16 July. I can understand the stress of parents who register in Aug under 2C. Parents under 2B also stressed bcos balloting may hv to take place even though they did PV.

            osakachan,
Yup, having tried and yet rejected is definitely better than never try. All the best to you in getting your child in the school of your choice πŸ˜‰ . Keep us updated ok ?

                osakachan,

I wish you and all other mummies BEST OF LUCK in the P1 registration.
Easier said than done, but relax and take it easy ok ? Nothing much can be done after you have registered at your choice school.

In the meantime, enjoy the June holidays. Soak in some retail therapy and get your minds off.

I thought that immunisation cert is the last page in the children's health booklet ? Need to print it out to attach to registration forms ? Oh dear, I have forgotten all about registration process already.
