I like to seek for some clarity for address to use. We are going to move near Bukit Timah area in June. However, we been informed that the current tenant due to some unforeseen would like to extend till end June that is 30th to hand over.

And for what I know in order to use our new address for registration, our address need to be reflected on NRIC by 1st July. Hence does it mean I can’t use my new address for registration if the tenant lease end 30th June?

Yup. Tell the tenant u have a pressing need to move in by 30 June.

Thanks for the advise. We managed to fix the move in date on 30th June. By the way, May I ask if the primary registration always on 1st July ?

Registration can start earlier, or later. This is the 'official' reference date.

My friend just send me the mailer for last year registration. It was written the address need to be reflected in parents NRIC by 31st May. Can I confirm that?

Address needs to be updated by 31 May if you are to use the standard online application process, i.e. P1-IS. Otherwise, you have to register via online form.

I see. So my lease dated 30th June is fine? Just that I have to use the online form? Sorry as we just came back to Singapore, unfamiliar with it

Any parents who are separated but not officially divorced like not yet done with the papers? Like just not staying together? In this case of different addresses in NRIC, what will happen? Will we have problems registering?
