For bringing a senior on a wheelchair to the hospital for a medical appointment, can a family member and a helper come along? This two pax rule may be challenging to abide.

      See the MOH announcement above.

      Good. I expect flexibility. 👍🏻

I went to SS yesterday, not because I \"rushed\" there - it was my regular shopping day. I was early enough that there was no queue yet, but by the time I left, there was a queue of 20+ outside! Everything looked very normal while I was there, but I don't know what might have happened later. I think most people are not panicking this time, but some will be stocking up food because they need to cook more in the coming weeks.

actually what is the stand now, for tuition centre to operate ? Not clear

Can u still have 2 hours duration per week English tuition conducted in small group, for (3 students + 1 Teacher) physical on-site, face to face, or cannot anymore?

10 to 12 students per class like Wang lao shi that type understood cannot operate face to face, because 10 to 12 is a big group. So, they need to go zoom online. But how about those small group, including Teacher maximum 4 people, that is, less than 5 : can still operate face to face or cannot anymore?

Who can we approach to verify this ?

Because certain tuotion like (Maths & Science) : you still can go zoom online no issue.

But for other tuition subjects like

                        - English composition or

                        - Chinese zuowen,

You need to do it physically onsite, then is effective bec u are under time constraint.

Not every single subject, can go online zoom, effectively !
