The waitlist form will either be on their website or u can ask the admin office for hard copy. Submit it immediately on the day u get the SMS if balloted out, don’t wait.
Update to my predicament... alumni finally replied and said that they cannot accept our appeal for 2A(1) to be fair to members. So we can only hope that there will be slots for 2A(2). Also, does anyone know how do we get on waitlist if we failed the ballot for 2C? TIA~ -

For the statics provided under Phase 2B especially for schools which require balloting <1km, does it include all applicants regardless how near or far they stay (e.g. <1km, 1-2km etc), or just specific to the a the distance range in which balloting occurred (e.g. <1km)?

It includes all applicants. All are allowed to apply, even if their distance does not stand a chance.

However, to be extra cautious in your planning you should always assume the stats is close to 100% <1km for the popular schools. -

It has the balloting history for all the schools, though not separated by distance category. (I found it thru google and am not affiliated with it in anyway, so I can't vouch for its accuracy. That said, it looked accurate for the one school I remember.) -
I am planning to enroll my daughter in P1 during phase 2C at Fenshan primary school (1st option). 2nd option would be Yu Neng primary school. Can anyone share the balloting history of 2020 for the above schools?

Yu Neng always ballot <1km, Fengshan last year ballot <1km but most years SC all in.
