Hihi! The older one - I showed him the article cos he was grumbling incessantly about why his teacher chooses to teach Java instead of Python

Btw, the https://www.straitstimes.com/singapore/parents-concerned-about-covid-19-vaccine-side-effects-but-keen-to-get-children-protected (Student Vaccination Exercise) was useful, wasn't it? Mine still has online-live classes this week, after e-mode block test, so he will handle the registration himself

Edit to add: Apparently, our school has a high vaccination take up rate among the 16&18 year olds 🦾[/quote]

My niece in uni has booked hers. But I thought groups from 12yo opened to all from Fri..something like that. Probably invitations sending out by batches ba.
Yes, open to all now, but booking links will be sent out in batches according to vaccine availability. I expect they are still vaccinating students whose booking links were sent out earlier.

Looks like it as some unlinked cases going around now. Worrying. I just that could be the way to go. Just a matter of time I guess. Some of dds friends took too..so she is alright.

I think we need to learn to accept that there will be cases, linked or unlinked, popping up here and there.

Do any of your parents have problems with their hearing?

My mum has had hearing loss for the past few years…refuses to wear her hearing aid at home. Recently when I visited her, I kept my mask on to protect her. Discovered she didn’t understand (though she pretended to) much of what I was chatting to her about. Maybe she couldn’t read my lips for clues for her to guess 😓
