          Hi Parents,

May I know if Holy Innocent Primary has good school support for children with mild autism? Is the school culture acceptive of children with special needs?

Are the principal, teachers and allied educators supportive?

Will appreciate if you can share any experience you have with me or PM me.

          Thank you.

can anyone here advise how is Holy Innocents Primary and Secondary compared to PLMGS? the phase 2b for HIPS seem to have increased over the last three years, with this year having balloting within one km. any insights to why the stronger competition?

The stronger competition is probably due to the larger sg50 cohort, with more parents opting for alumni rather than leaving it to chance at phase 2c. There are also 2 new condos within 1km - Riverfront and The Florence which resulted in higher demand.

Hi parents, may I know if the school based student care is better or Morningstar opposite the school?

Anyone can advise on the chances for phase 2C? I heard it is very competitive every year. I am about 700m away from the school. Any advice?

Here is the 2006-2021 review of Holy Innocents (HIPS) P1 registration.

Only 1 year, did HIPS not require balloting in Phase 2C (2016).
In the last 4 years, HIPS did ballot at <1km at between 2 to 3 times the number of remaining places in Phase 2C.
For Phase 2B, it is about the same, balloting at <1km last year in 2021, and >2km in 2019.
So far, it seems like PRs have little chance getting a place in the school .

There was no ballot for that only 1 year as the school shifted temporarily to AMK old ITE site and tiger year usually has fewer babies. That year is lucky year for parents who live more than 2km away to register their children in the school. The children should be in P6 this year. Those lucky children (tiger babies) who live more than 2km away, helped their younger siblings to enter through Phase 1.
