Holy Moly! Impressive work. Well done! Guess you are waiting for MOE to release the 2021 results later on next year/
Hi parents
have created this workbook that allow shortlisting of Seconday schools by criteria like COP, area, CCA, subjects etc. the info are from official source, still based on 2020 indicative COP.
I think this workbook only works when access from PC and not from mobile phones.

The IPs in the dual track schools, do not get affiliation to the JCs you put there.

MGS o level girls free to go anywhere based on their o level results. -
The school finder site publish MGS (both IP and O school codes) as affiliated to ACJC. That is why I display them same way

As answered above. MGS o level are free to go anywhere they want, but their affiliated jc is indeed ACJC, though they can opt to go to another jc.

If I may suggest, maybe it could be better if you leave the jc blank for the all the ip streams. And then follow the affiliated jc info from school finder. Or if it is not easy, why not just leave the entire jc column out. Because if it is confusing to you, it could be just as confusing to many others.
And just a note, it is not just mgs, i used it as an example. All the dual track ip with the jc, are not correct. -

There is already a list compiled earlier, also based on 2020 indicative cop. That one shows the affiliation AMR and non affiliation COP in one row. So the same schools do not appear multiple times. Eg Fairfield Methodist appears one time and one can see its AMR and COP for all 3 streams.

Can sorting the cca etc be done using School Finder? I have never used that one. So I guess this list is useful for that? -
If for each school list out as COP of IP/E/NA/NT (pri sch aff/non aff) all in 1 row, if someone enter a COP that meet that school E COP, do we still display that entire row that include all 4 tracks + aff/non aff? That will not be precise.
The consideration for separating them and let each track display as a standalone row is to allow finer filtering and display only relevant results. It also allows parent/students that want to consider say only NA or only NT tracks to see the relevant result, excluding IP/Exp results.
The design behind is each row in the workbook is 1 track/pri sch affiliation status. Same school with more than 1 row displayed denote that school has more than 1 track/pri sch affiliation status intake type , each with different COP.
School finder also allow user to filter by CCA, subject etc. but school finder also lump all 4 tracks/ affiliation status’ COP in 1 output for each school. And user have to click to view each school 1 by 1 to see the info.
