On Day 1, 4 Jan 2021, one parent is allowed to enter the school.
Is there a WhatsApp group for those starting P1 in Jan 2022 orredi? How to join?
You can start the chatgroup and rope in the correct parents from the same class.
I am not sure how much the parents can roam the school (since Covid) but if they are allowed to observe the recess settings, the parents from the same class should be easily identifiable. -
Hi all, would anyone have contacts for private transport services (apart from the official bus services provided by the school)? 2-way pick up from Redhill to the school. Appreciate if anyone has contacts, thanks much!

Some parent volunteers would have set up the P3 class chat groups in November.
Hi, my son will be transferring to HPPS next year 2022 for P3 class.. is there any parent chat groups that i can join?
My suggestion is:
During the 1st day, 5 Jan 2021, just get your child to ask any one of her new classmates - to ask their parents to contact you and eventually add you into the class chat. -
Hi fellow parents. My boy just transferred to hpps . She is in P3. Any whatsapp group to join for parents? Thanks!

Hello! I’m staying at 1-2km from HPPS and I’m keen to sign up for their PV. Greatly appreciate if any parents here can share your PV tips and experience with me to increase my chance of getting selected - eg. Any PV network and the type of PV support that the school needs, please? Thanks much!

Understand that At end of P2, students may be offered HMT. Anyone knows how many students get offered HMT for P3? What’s the criteria given that there aren’t exams anymore? How many classes or percentage of students get offered HMT? Trying to understand if it’s the norm to take HMT and if it’s something to aim for. Hard to target when there’s no objective selection criteria…

Last year it was based on a writing assignment, and teacher's recommendations.

I am not sure school sets a target or limitation on a certain % of cohort taking HMT. I think as long as the child shows interest and aptitude, the school will let the child take HMT. -
Thanks! That’s helpful to know.

I always thought p4 earliest to take hcl. If not, p5 for the rest of the kids (who qualified).
