Yes, I think ladies should go for M size. I got the L size and thought it was quite loose, until I tightened the ear loops then it was ok for me. If you use it properly, can hold on to it for half a year.

I wanted to as well. But I have to go office 3x a week now, so decided to get it earlier and be safer. Chose Pfizer for less downtime and indeed, only sore arm & very mild headache.
