Come to think of it... maybe the latest omicron strain is just as deadly as the earlier ones... it's just that we are now more protected against covid because of the shots we took... food for thought.
Dunno if as deadly by definitely the vaccinations are protecting us a lot from hospitalisation, especially the ones boosted. Apparently , this is seen across Europe /Us where the vaccination rates are not that high.

Yeah. When you hear of close friends or family getting it... you know it's a matter of time. And when they get well in a week or two, well, it doesn't seem so bad after all :scratchhead: . So you just hold your breath and hope for the best when it is your turn.

Only when you really experienced the infection of Covid 19, then you will know that whether it is bad or not but you will surely hope no one else will get it.

Maybe ask TCM doc see what can you eat to strengthen your health? Or just buy prepacked herbs and get a black chicken make soup see helps or not.

My kids also towards the 'quick get tired' type..I m also thinking how to help. Eat vitamins/drink soup etc maybe.

Do take fruits especially oranges, pomegranate everyday. Hope you are getting sufficient rest, more than usual.
                      Is your appetite normal?
