good to know u are feeling better 🙂
good sharing on neilmed nasal rinse too, i din know got such med, we dun have sinus but ds has ... dunno why
i think the way he bathe . let the water get into nostrils - that seem to be how tis sinus thingy started... sigh
but he is mild case so long not too dusty n dun sit under the fan right after bathe
Apparently, there are quite a big population with sinus issues.

In my case, years ago, my family doc explained my nostril bone structure is exceptionally narrow, hence a slight drip will block my nostril. The other problem that exacerbate is my gastric reflux, which is acid back-flowing &!causes more mucus to fill my nasal system into cavities of my skull. Hence, every morning, I’ll be full of phlegm & mucus to clear. No choice.

Oh dear, hate sinus headaches - doesnt let me do anything.

Do you do steaming? I find that it helps me a lot.
This time a friend suggested to put grated ginger while boiling water, and adding some lemon juice after switching off . I dont know if those helped but it had a very spa ish feel, and smelt good so inhaling was nicer.. Steam eases congestion in my nose and head doesnt feel so heavy.

            Thank you for your suggestions.

The only steam I have is my room aromatic vaporizer with lemongrass essential oils. I find steaming troublesome. The NeilMed Rinse is simply easy to handle. It’s a bottle with a nozzle outlet & I just hv to empty a sachet of the and top up with tap water. I just hv to squeeze into both my nose alternating & I’ll feel a fresh gasp of air thereafter. Entire process less than 2 min and I can go back activities.

I have received a SMS of Health Risk Notice (HRN) from MOH this afternoon because my boss who is sitting next to my cubicle - was confirmed C+ in a clinic last night. I have collected 3 test kits from a vending machine by scanning my NRIC this evening. Since I have been infected in past 90 days and therefore I am not going to do the ART this few days. Anyone stay in the west want to have 3 more ART test kits? Please PM me direct and I can go any MRT station after work.

Today is the last weekday of the Term 1 holidays. Do treat your kids to a scrumptious meal so that they’ll be ready for Term 2. Enjoy!
