No.
Not the same as 2019, 2018, etc pre-covid days anymore.
You don’t wear masks temporarily, for a short while only.
Even if one don’t wear masks outside, but the moment you step inside a public (lift, mrt, bus, shopping centre, tuition centre, hawker centre, office building, libraries, clinic, or
any other public places that are enclosed, etc), one must still put back the face mask immediately. If not, people on duty will stop u from entering the building / centre
Example
Suppose inside a public bus, you removed your face mask. What happen ?
The bus driver, every now and then, even as he is driving, will look into the mirror, check if any bus passenger sitting inside the bus never put on face mask. If he happen to spot one, he will stop the bus at the next bus stop, signal to you to "please put back your face mask". He will wait for u to do so, before he go back to his seat to continue driving. -
Just exercise caution and vigilance. Be more mindful and put on mask when there are people around even outdoors. The concern is really in office environment bc it is really very difficult to speak all day on calls with the mask on.

Yes, very hard to talk with the face mask on, to the other party on the phone. He cannot hear u properly, and u also cannot hear him clearly. Somehow, your voice become muffled bec u are talking through the face mask

Nowadays, we seldom talking over phone, we communicate in different chat groups of telegram, WhatsApp, messages in microsoft team, etc. and our workstations are far apart from each other.
