Catholic high cos it's 7mins walking distance. Lol and if we cannot get.. it's the next nearest i.e. Townsville. Waiting for Townsville open house so we can go see see. ️

I am sure this year will be very competitive. Due to the changes in measurement of sch distance to house, we are actually eligible for aitong too ( older system, we only have Catholic high within 1km).

So vice versa.. more competition.😂

Hope you have got Phase 2A or 2B entry so you can try again in Phase 2C. The odds of getting in is not very good in Phase 2C (almost 2 applicants for each seat).

Yes, go for Townsville open house to see see first.
According to previous year data, there will be keen competition and balloting for Catholic High and Ai Tong from Phase 2A. The below link is for your info.

Most people that failed at Phase 2A/2B will try again in Phase 2C, will it drive more parents to buy properties near more coveted schools?

However, properties within 1km of more coveted schools are not always attainable.
Some schools, like the 2 schools mentioned here: Ai Tong and Catholic High, reside in an estate (Bishan, District 20) where the property prices are significantly higher and may put off many people from wanting to buy properties there.
