I’m just feeling the heat. I don’t do very well when the weather is so hot. But still able to do some light work.

SPAM originated from USA and was popular during WW2 when everyone was poor. Luncheon meat is an imitation.

It is the most unhealthy processed food, likely cancer causing. Not encouraged to consume luncheon nor SPAM.

I don’t touch any canned food & hope our food security carries us well so we don’t hv to depend on canned food like my mother’s experience with wartime. A lot of preservatives and other chemicals goes into keeping harvests in store before they’re canned to mitigate low harvest periods & I've read U.S. reports of fruit juices theatre in store for as long as 2 years! So, I’m not touching canned food when I can buy fresh food fr the market or grow my own veggies & fruits. Going fwd, I wld probably hv to surrender my human life looking at how the climate had harmed our earth & then this unprovoked Russia warring on Ukraine 🇺🇦

Rose farm ingredients 95% pork…and another brand 70+% meat, some pork+chicken…dunno how they calculate it…I m thinking of eating it ‘frequently’ actually.

Looks like the weather has gone topsy turvy & hence our incidence of dengue will increase. As it is there are 4 types of dengue one might be subjected to. When the weather gets hot, my skin gets dry; but when it’s humid, I get skin rashes thereafter.

Take heart that u’re such a positive member here & helping parents here with your candid advices.

Initially, when I first joined, DH was silent. I got quite involved at one time till he started teasing me for my input. I became mindful of my time spent with my family & esp with DH, so he tease less. Maybe he wants more attention fr you?
