It is the most unhealthy processed food, likely cancer causing. Not encouraged to consume luncheon nor SPAM.

for frozen chicken Wings, I will clean with vinegar or baking Soda- got blood smell or wax lei. I can accept most frozen chicken or cs frozen Shabu beef ,
But my family cannot accept frozen pork ribs, minced , 五花肉, we find the taste n smell strong , that Porkee brand is no no . I do buy chilled Indo pork or Aussie pork fr NTUC , SS , those cling wrapped ones taste ok than frozen etc
Ok mp, vinegar or baking soda!

We seldom eat frozen chicken..frozen ones usually wings right.. Dds don't like the wings but in general they don't quite like chicken meat.

The member card has 15%, UOB card has an additional -$3 or -$6 depending on the amount spent...not sure about DBS/POSBeveryday...additional 5%? I think the UOB -$6 offer is a better one.
              On top of that,
              1. sometimes they give out additional $5 discount coupon during a promotional period.
              2. sometimes they also do a 3-days or weekend promotion of additional discount % (the counter staff will let you know)

Oh another perk is for stations with a car wash station, you will get a $3 discount coupon on your car wash within 3 days, stamped on the back of your receipt.
$6 Uob better arh..didn't know got 6 only use the 3. I shall check it out.

I don’t touch any canned food & hope our food security carries us well so we don’t hv to depend on canned food like my mother’s experience with wartime. A lot of preservatives and other chemicals goes into keeping harvests in store before they’re canned to mitigate low harvest periods & I've read U.S. reports of fruit juices theatre in store for as long as 2 years! So, I’m not touching canned food when I can buy fresh food fr the market or grow my own veggies & fruits. Going fwd, I wld probably hv to surrender my human life looking at how the climate had harmed our earth & then this unprovoked Russia warring on Ukraine 🇺🇦

Rose farm ingredients 95% pork…and another brand 70+% meat, some pork+chicken…dunno how they calculate it…I m thinking of eating it ‘frequently’ actually.
