Yes the heat..is this going to be a norm? We always on the move at home right..and keep sweating lor. U take care.

Looks like the weather has gone topsy turvy & hence our incidence of dengue will increase. As it is there are 4 types of dengue one might be subjected to. When the weather gets hot, my skin gets dry; but when it’s humid, I get skin rashes thereafter.

Take heart that u’re such a positive member here & helping parents here with your candid advices.

Initially, when I first joined, DH was silent. I got quite involved at one time till he started teasing me for my input. I became mindful of my time spent with my family & esp with DH, so he tease less. Maybe he wants more attention fr you?

No...no....you are giving too much compliment on me, it is so kind of you, I am just a emotional old woman 👵. I don't think any parents here need me lah.

This morning, when we are talking on the joy and the difficulties in raising a boy and the parental love, etc...I suddenly felt sad because I didn't have a chance to experience all these, as a step mother, I am always an outsider between the father and son. I am sorry it was my bad as I shouldn't put my feelings here. I apologise for it. I enjoy talking to you because I believe you are a happy parent with a smart girl and a naughty boy.

Maybe affected by the hormones during menopause :frustrated: In Buddhism teaching, I cannot control my mind. So now I am trying my best to put my mind back on the correct track.

Thank you Estéema, no....no....I am not always a positive person and can't help much here lah.

My DH knows why I come here and what happened here every day, his idea is : we are not rich and not highly educated and sometimes others might not giving me any stepping stone and make me \" lose face\" so why has to stay in a place where I might be unfairly treated.

How do you first know that the menopause is starting? When you start not to have period every month? Or before that hormones already creating havoc?
