How do you first know that the menopause is starting? When you start not to have period every month? Or before that hormones already creating havoc?
Hi MrsKiasu, sorry for the late reply as I am very busy this few days.

There are some symptoms 5 to 10 years before the menopause. For me, after 45 years old, my period became not regular as before, the interval is shorten to 21 days and sometimes there was heavy flow. I also could not sleep well at night and when I went to see my TCM doctor, she said that it was the symptoms before menopause. This continues until 50 year old, then the interval change to 2 or 3 months but sometimes still having menstruation pain and heavy flow. My condition is still fine because I take TCM medicine every day and it was only after my Covid 19 recovery, I became negative thinking but I try to adjust my mindset.

That is a long process! I remember one of members also mentioned something like 10years..will the evening primrose oil supplement helps? Agree, we need to keep our mindset in order.

In my mind, JEM was the “cursed” mall that kept having incidents such as glass door fell down, ceiling fell down…very few shoppers wanted to go there…but none such incidents in more recent years & IKEA became main tenant. Went there half a year ago to check out the IKEA & pleasantly surprised to see more shoppers there cos they have a better mix of shops there now.

Westgate: always been much bigger & more human traffic there.

Actually LNW, have you thought of fostering children? I know someone who cant have children and who fostered and then adopted a baby.

A beautiful sight. They have love to give and the baby is fortunate in a way.
