I've heard back from SOTA but am waiting for SJI, RI and VS.

I know that for RI, the shortlisted results are supposed to come out on 24 June but I don't think either SJI or VS specify a shortlisting date. Not trying to chase but just trying to figure out timelines etc. This is the first time I'm going through the DSA process with my kid so apologies if the questions are a bit inane.
Hi. Excluding sports (seems like many schools have trials starting late-June), I would say (guess) many will come 27 June - possibly as late as 15 July or so.

I believe many schools will only send something in July - Aug if the student is shortlisted. Based on comments in prior years, recommend keeping an eye on the Spam folder.

      Good luck!

Feels like an eternal painful wait, starting to self doubt, but couldn’t have done better. Hope to see some of your boys really soon.

Received an email from HCI to submit supporting documents. Anyone else received?

I received an email from HCI to submit some supporting documents to aid in the shortlisting process. If son is shortlisted the selection interview is on 16th July (Sat).

Is there anyone who had selected HCI as one of the choices not receive the email? Curious if they sent it to everyone or they had already selected some.

I had always thought that the supporting document submission is only relevant for shortlisted candidates but it looks like HCI would like us to submit the supporting documents even without putting the candidate on the shortlist.

My post crossed with yours. I also received the email from HCI.

I suspect it’s sent to all candidates to help them to shortlist. Something like the personal statement required by some schools for leadership roles.

Based on the email, it seems like a generic one.

I have also received emails from HCI for the math and Infocomm domains.

Math does not need any supporting documents to be submitted.
For Infocomm, they provide a URL to upload projects/works.
It seems to be a generic/auto email to all applicants.

Is there a template of some sort for submission under the "Science" Domain?
