:?Thank you sc88, I have found the answer to my questions. Basically, if the elder sibling did not complete the Primary with the school then the younger sibling cannot register under earlier phase.
Saw Bukit Panjang increased its vacancy by 30! How do they do it? I thought they also have partial session. :?
I checked with the MOE Staff and was told that :
Phase 1
Sibling STILL STUDYING in the school of choice
Phase 2A1
Parent is a former student either graduated with PSLE or Primary one or two etc with the Examinations Results on the Report Book + Joined Alumni within the given time .
***Parent Report Book + Alumni Letter ***
Phase 2A2
Sibling or Parent with Examinations Results either graduated PSLE or Primary one or Primary two examinations etc stated in the Report Book as above just without Alumni .
***Only Required either Sibling or Parents Report Books.***
However, if like nowadays Primary school without Primary one Examinations and thus if no Report Books given by the school and the child studied half year or so , NO PROOF OF REPORT BOOKS WHICH MEANS NOT ENTITLED TO ANY PHASES ABOVE.

Thanks v. much sc88 for going to the lengths of checking with MOE.

Dear All,
I would like to know:- whether my mum who look after my boy stay very near Aitong Primary; if she were to make a Statutory Declaration with MOE, will my child have a chance to get a place or eligible for balloting under Phase 2C? -

Hi mummies,
would like to check those that completed hrs of PV, will we get a letter from the school to certify that we completed the hrs?
I’ve done up my hrs but yet to receive any…check with the school but the person in charge keep saying next week / next month…
what should i do next? -
yes, you will receive a letter from the school certifying your qualification for registration in phase 2B.
Most schools issue the letters in early July after schools re-open. Be patient as along as you are sure that you have met or exceeded the min hours.

Some school do not have exams in P1 (ONLY P1), but they are given surprise tests and after informing for later date test ,spellings both Chinese and English every one week or every two weeks, worksheets etc.
P2 onwards have Exams. -

we were informed how the composition of the final scores, which include assessments like show & tell, etc that will take places throughout the year (mainly second half).
there is also a progress report book and PTS to inform us how our child is doing in school. Somewhat like kindergarten days. -
Hi tankee/sc88,
I like weekly tests bcos they will keep kids on their toes. Exams are stressful but with consistent revision, it should not be that bad.
So no CA and SA1 ???
Thanks for the info…will plan her schedule accordingly.
