Going to see the renovations today. They just finished the demolition. A lot of debris, so not bringing the kids. Will take the little one for his final immunization later. Then a hike to work out the weekday stress for the hubby.
Once you have moved to the West, can come to my house to play mahjong 😂

The little one still cannot take the vaccination for Covid 19, right? Try not to bring him to crowded area. Hiking is good for releasing stress but I am too lazy to do so. Committed to a werewolves games at Bukit Merah this afternoon and will going down soon.

DH will be working night shift this evening, no need to take care of him. :imcool:

So maybe focus on the good feelings, not the negative?
Pardon me, but what if that good feeling doesn’t last? Wouldn’t it be better to learn to be at peace during both good or bad feelings? Good /bad feelings are both part of us as human. ?

I don't mean that we should all be Pollyannas! I just wanted to point out that focusing on the good that we are doing will give rise to good feelings, which will take the \"sting\" out of the bad. I didn't mean to imply that there would be no bad feelings. It's a matter of changing focus, and of course, changing the circumstances if that is possible.

And feelings don't last, both good and bad. It's just that it's harder to focus on good feelings because, as humans, we tend to taking good feelings for granted and dwell on the bad. Religious beliefs have a part to play - if you believe in a loving deity who allows bad to happen for good reasons, you are more able to accept the bad and focus on the good, even though you may not like the bad.

My favourite sweet corn in ntuc has raised its price to $1.45 (from $1.35)

A box of frozen onion rings costs $4.45 (from $3.95)
              What is going on?

Ikr ..news on petrol price coming even tho not much (I dunno yet) that itself a good news. At least there is a 'cut' on the increasing rate. And we start seeing after promo price may somehow looks like b4 price increase.

During the wkends and if not going out for lunch or dinner, I would cook a big pot say curry or chicken tonic soup for lunch and dinner. I will supplement a dish of stir fry veg or steam salmon.

That's my worry. Dd1 used to like it. This morning on the way to her CCA training..I told her this and she says she actually feel abit jelak. Ask me to maybe cook it some other time but I told I bought already. Dd2 high possibility dont like.

                      Vinegar dish luckily can keep.

Not big pot la. Those fm Ntuc think 10.30 1 packed all readily cut. I don't add addl ingredients like eggs so not that much actually.
