Some said liver is quite dirty and hence i dont eat it often though I simply love it esp it is just cooked.
My late mum used to cook claypot liver with ginger slices and I wished I could eat the claypot as well bec it was simply too delicious.
My late mother used to give me chicken or pig liver every morning claimed will give me more iron. I just cldnt take it anymore one day coz overdosed alr. But ocassionally will cook this dish coz I do miss the care of mum yorns ago. I don’t take animal organs too often as it’s not good for hubby’s high cholesterol.

My younger girl is mildly anaemic and it seems to cause headaches. She's been checked out by doctors who can't find any other possible cause of the headaches. She hates liver, and I hate cooking it, so she just takes iron supplements. Seems to help as she doesn't get headaches as often now.

soon, u will start \"working\" as a baby sitter or nanny when your grand child arrives ...
Not all grandmothers can or want to be babysitters! I certainly don't.

Headaches, especially if they are frequent can be due to misalignment of the spine. Especially these days when we work so much on the computer.

That’s good. I supplement with plenty of veggies esp spinach. Popeye “taught” me! :rotflmao:

Ya. I’m anaemic for most of my teen life but had since improved heaps. Think coz I’ve been very active in my adulthood doing lots of aerobics, mountain climbing, trekking, etc. think it helps me overcome my anaemia. I don’t get headaches tho.

The question to ask is whether this is just while he's on his \"best behaviour\", or whether it is really part of his nature? Hard to know in the early days, I guess.
