In your scenario 1,
Thank you for the reply!
In senario 1, during the secondary school posting, the child can still choose any school including school A and B, right?
if your DSA Wait list is NOT converted on PSLE results released Announcement date , then Yes, u can proceed to take part in S1 posting.
But via S1 posting,
whether or not u can get into your choice schools -
that will depend on whether your kid managed to meet
the respective Secondary school's official Cut off point, or not. Sometimes,
there were cases where their kid's AL score coincided with the school's Cut off point, right on the very dot or boundary, while others can get in, but some still failed to get in. -
coast:
Yes. You can choose ANY 6 schools (in order of preference).yunnie98\" post_id=\"2079456\" time=\"1661235268\" user_id=\"143650:[quote=yunnie98 post_id=2079456 time=1661235268 user_id=143650]Thank you for the reply!

Someone had mentioned , for spam call number will be shown as ±65xxxxxxxx. Proper call would be showing only 8 digit number. Not sure how true though
During this period, I'm taking every call which comes in including the countless \"MOH,\" \"DBS\" and \"FedEx/DHL\" ones

FYI, the phonecall will be using the school lan line so it will start with 6XXX XXXX.
Thanks Mr Clumsy and Zac's Mum. I shall keep myself contactable. I tend to reject calls from unfamiliar numbers cos they are usually spam calls.
Had a call from ACSI. Best of luck everyone! -
Congratulations to all who have received the good news today…
Continue waiting, refresh, refresh, refresh inbox…. -

Do note that there are some legit +65 calls. I will just ignore unless I am expecting overseas calls.

In response, then-Minister for Communications and Information S Iswaran said in a written reply that IMDA had considered this, but found it \"unfeasible\" due to legitimate international incoming calls that carry the +65 prefix.
\"Such examples include Singapore-based callers who travel overseas and call Singapore using mobile roaming services, as well as overseas call centres of local businesses who hold local numbers for their hotlines,\" he wrote.\" -

Yes... there are cases when +65 numbers are legitimate. Just that many spam numbers use ordinary phone numbers too. To handle the problem of spam, I just pick up all calls without saying anything, until the other party speaks. If it is a spammer, I just hang up and then block/report the number as spam.
Do note that there are some legit +65 calls. I will just ignore unless I am expecting overseas calls.

I've just started to receive some funny SMS saying there was some problem with my income tax payment and then have a bit.ly/... URL for me to click on. That was darn cunning
