For "Secondary" school Chinese, preparing for GCE O-level (pu hua and gao hua) -

      I nominate "Jiang" laoshi,
at Fu lou shou complex, in Bugis.
My kid had gone through both (Wang and Jiang) laoshi, preparatory years for O-level, both (pu hua and gao hua). Kid conclude that …
Jiang laoshi (Fu lou shou) O-level preparation, is much better.

Wang laoshi owner, together with her task force, is the one that prepared all Chinese teaching curriculum worksheets, for all her centre(s) in Singapore, and for All levels, starting from K2 to Sec 4.

It is centralized control by the owner herself.
. Is not that individual centre prepared their own worksheets.

          Hence,
there is NO difference in the worksheets content, for each level, whether u go to centre (X or Y), in any of Wang laoshi branches in Sg.

My N2 daughter has been attending Berries (River Valley) and YouLe (Tanglin) where she does the Speech+Drama and N2 classes. She really like the video component with Berries and it has become a fun video to watch a few times each week that my entire family enjoys (we have 2 younger ones). I’m also always impressed with the staff at Berries - it seems like they really know my child and I like that there are many people that will help get the kids into and out of the classrooms. At YouLe, my daughter loves the songs she learns. And the N2 materials seem high quality. She has fun doing the homeworks and has a great attitude. We’re really enjoying the start to her Mandarin journey
