My son received a CO from SST too! For a moment I thought the email was sent in error as there was no name and school listed. Thankfully they resent the email with the correct info to allay my fears!
Oh, that was why there were 2 emails! I didnt even know that the 1st one has no name.
I was just happily telling my son that he got a CO.

Tbh, at first I didn't realise too. We were jumping for joy upon reading the email header! Lol...

Only until my son said he wanted to read the full email did we realise the language didn't make sense and the fear that the email might be sent in error dawned upon us. Roller coaster of emotions at that point!

Has the SST-NP integrated diploma taken in its first batch of students? Is it 4+2 yrs? If so, maybe it would be equivalent to 4 yrs secondary school + 2 years JC before landing into University path?
start at end of Sec 2,
but never mentioned start effectively from which year's Sec 1 batch. Once confirmed start wef which batch, means no need to take O-level anymore.

Ok, thanks for providing the link.

above news reported that the 1st pioneering batch of students will start from 2023 Sec 3,

                  means that
the students are actually already 2022 Sec 2 this year (born in year 2008 onwards), can by-pass 2024 GCE \"O\" level National exam. No need to sit for O level, anymore.

                  So,
                  selected (short-listed)
current year 2022 Sec 2 SST students (born 2008), can decide at end of Term 4, whether you still want to take O level or by-pass O level, thru-train for the Diploma course instead

Yes, they are still using Macbook as learning device. The school will provide instruction on the purchase/collection after the school term starts. They will collect their laptop in school in End Jan.

Word of advice, for school uniform, it's best to visit the school to purchase it. I tried via online purchase and wait for 1month and still didn't get the uniform for my son. it's also useless to call the uniform vendor as the phone is never picked up. I finally got an email reply from them after multiple email enquiries, and informed them i will drop by the school to collect it instead.
