      Hello Parents

How was the English paper? Do share your child’s experience. My daughter said GA was a bit tricky but doable.

Mine wasn’t extremely confident. Said it was quite tough and said he used up his brain cells, can’t recall anything anymore. Haha

Hi. Just checking if anyone knows… is the GEP examination papers the same among the 9 schools?

For notes-wise, I noticed it was cascaded from the GE branch. I would presume that exam setting is done centrally? This would also give a better assessment of the entire batch

            I stand guided 🙏🏽

It’s the same cause several school come to one school to do the same paper. So should be the same island wide.

                from my knowledge - yes.

Even the daily worksheets and sample test papers are given out (to the 9 centers) centrally.

(for instance, we will see the 9 school logo(s) on page 1 of the test paper)

Son says very tough. >60% of the paper involved guesswork.

You meant for Round 2 GEP screening or GEP Exams for p4/ 5 and 6. For the latter, it is done centrally. All GEPPERs across all GEP centres take the same exam from p4 to SA1 P6. p6 Prelims, they will join their peers to take the School’s Prelim papers.

Thanks Skii and smartiepants. Makes sense for centralization.
