Bingo. Today’s weather forecast seems to be good for open houses - morning fine, no rain till 1-2pm:

            Hi,

anyone has any 'inside info' on when is PSLE 2022 Announcement Day?
I was betting on Wed 23 Nov and have already cleared my work calendar for it but just yesterday my friend said it will be on 24 Nov (when I have full meetings 9-5pm 😞 ). What usually happens on this day and is it ok if parents are not present?
Sad so miss my first PSLE announcement day.

Heard somebody say that MOE will announce the exact date at 11am, exactly 1 week before.

So keep your eyes peeled at 11am this week Tues, if not then 11am Wed, if not then 11am Thurs…And hopefully u can reschedule your meetings upon the announcement.

I think there should be an announcement this week 🙂 Let's give the kids 1 more week to enjoy before spending sleepless nights worrying about the results... :nailbite:

Parents have always been optional for PSLE results, but most parents today would try to make it. If cannot, never mind lor... the kids should be able to handle it.

I'm also betting on 23 November. I had asked this question not too long ago and the sense I got was that it's more than likely to be on Wednesday. But there's never any certainty until a formal announcement is made.

I rem reading abt some schs having open houses on 23 Nov pm & 24 Nov, giving rise to speculation that PSLE results release is on 23 Nov. But I also heard Mark Lee mentioning on radio last Fri that it’s on 24 Nov???

Last Yr, collection of results slip was still in classrooms. Parents were waiting in separate classrooms. We only met up our kids after they had collected. We all watched Sch P make announcements through online.

Brought them out for nice lunch and laser tag and bowling.

Heard that in pre covid time, Sch P will make announcements and collection were at sch Hall. Parents would wait outside Hall. The atmosphere may be different. But I agree that this is a test day for all parents whose kids are collecting their PSLE results regardless.

This year, for our P6 graduation, only 1 parent per child was allowed to enter the school to watch the ceremony in the hall. Therefore I guess unlikely to allow 2 parents for PSLE results day.
